I have had this happen only occasionally but it is kind of frustrating. If you have your messages disabled and your email address is not displayed - I can certainly understand the need for that. |
But if you send me additional information, requests, suggestions etc about memorials I manage, please include an email address so that I can respond. I have received emails where the sender was simply incorrect, or they weren't necessarily incorrect, but there were reasons for what I showed etc. It would be nice to be able to respond to the message. It is only courteous to give the other person the chance to respond. They might have information that you don't. Please don't expect me to just do what you ask if you aren't going to give me that courtesy.
I have been researching my genealogy for over 25 years and am totally addicted. I also work on my husband's lines. I am new to the Greensboro area, but will try to help however I can. I recently moved from Texas to North Carolina. I had lived in Texas all my life until last year's move. While I miss Texas, I love North Carolina too.
I will not transfer memorials for people that I am related to. However, if you send me additional information etc that you would like added, I will be happy to do that.
If I am not related to the person, I will be happy to honor transfer requests to relatives of the person in question. I like for the memorials to be in a relative's care.
When I fulfill a photo request, I normally keep all originals of my photos, which I will share by email if requested. My photos may be used and reposted for personal use and not for profit. I do appreciate when people credit me as the source, just as a courtesy.

Greetings. I was reviewing your photo request. Their office is not friendly to volunteer photographers and they do not give out locations to volunteers (citing privacy reasons). This cemetery is large, with over 8000 burials in 85 acres so an exact location is necessary. Please contact the office at 419-536-8321 to get the location of the grave, (as they know my voice by now). Thanks!

You are very welcome. No Everhart was in the cemetery records nor
were George & Anna on the stone inventory. His parents were listed
on the inventory. It is beautiful here in the fall. You are welcome

You are very welcome!
|Paul Sutton Kamalsky||O'Tier|
I uploaded more photos of O'Tier stones in E. Palmyra. They were hidden under tall grass
and leaves and not near the other O'Tiers

You are very welcome. I still have to check again to be sure I did not miss the stones in
The stone for Dean Markel is barely readable and all broken up. I'm not sure what it is. I
passed the photo on to Becky but she is going to take one herself

You're very welcome! The cemetery guy and I love her name! Very unique.

You are welcome, but I am not absolutely done yet. I did not find a
stone for Frank or Magdelena but did find a Jacob and Elizabeth who
was an OMeal. Her years are close to the ones for Magdalena. I also
found John and Elizabeth. If you had memorials for them I would just
upload all the photos. Jacob: 1870-1910. Elizabeth: 1874-1952. John
1830-1917. His Elizabeth: 1835-1905. I will recheck for the ones I do
I sent you an email about Markel
You're very welcome. I enjoy being able to do this and pleased that I was able to send you a picture.
