Bio and Links
Bio Photo Thanks to Find-A-Grave and all the hard work of many volunteers I found the graves of my gg grandparents. Wilson Garrett and Elizabeth Martin.

I have been researching my family almost 20 years....Scott, Stansberry, Garrett, Baker,
Swaim,Martin, and many others and have added many of then to Find-A-Grave and lots that are not related at all.

Let me know if I can help with any of the Memorials that I added. Will be more then happy
to transfer your Family members to you.....

Etters graves
Would it be possible to request photos of some Etters graves at Martin cemetery?

John Etters and his wife Nancy, Burial:
Little Bethel Methodist Martin Cemetery
Earl
Cleveland County
North Carolina, USA
Thanks to Jeff Martin for the directions to this Cemetery;

To find Little Bethel (Martin) Cemetery from 2226 (Lavender Rd.) go south on 2227 (Rippy Rd) 0.7mi and look for a clearing off to the left (Rippy Rd. is exactly 1 mile long so if you are coming from Holly Ridge Rd the clearing will be 0.3mi and off to the right). You will see a posted sign on a tree and a power line easment going uphill into the woods. Follow this easement on foot about 150 feet up the hill until you come to a clearing. Now travel through the clearing but aim towards the treeline on the left. The cemetery is located behind that treeline about 100 feet across the clearing. This property is now owned by Gary Green (2006). Only a handful of the 57 are now visible.

Linda Russell Lewis
Scott Family
I have several photos and letters that I think are related to this family, and the Freels, etc. The writer of a letter is the daughter of William Morgan Russell, she says.

RE: Rhoda Abney
From Granny01: "Rhoda Susan Abney Russell died Sept. 1836 (Bible record) in Bedford Co., TN and is buried in the Russell family burial ground near Richmond, TN in an unmarked grave, but near her granddaughter Martha Freeman Russell who has a large stone still standing."

RE: Rhoda Abney
In fact there is no support for Rhoda being the d/o Abraham Abney. The Abney genealogist indicated it is likely but no proof has been found.

RE: William Russell Rhoda Abney
My info came from Russell genealogist: granny01@Q.com.

I will change to 'unknown burial' if you feel it is more appropriate.

RE: Thomas Sloan Letitia Russell
Oops, I may have misunderstood your question - sorry! If you're asking if my records have anything to prove Letticia is related to the other Russell's you mentioned, no I don't (YET - I feel a research quest coming on!), however, it would make sense as Thomas and Letticia were married in Wilkes County.
