Valerie has been doing genealogy as long as I can remember, but she went "obsessive" with it after our son's birth in 1996. |
It's tough living in Southern California with Valerie's roots in the midwest back to Pennsylvania & Virginia and Bob's in Alabama and Georgia.
We made some wonderful friends and found lots of cousins. We try to post what we find so that others will not have to beat their heads against all of the "brick walls" we have. We want to make our ancestors more than just dates and a stone in the ground.
FindAGrave is the best Family Tree we have found.
Just let us know if you would like us to make a correction or add a link to a memorial we have created.
We are also willing to do transfers if you can show a close link. We do not completely adher to the F/G protocals for transfers.

I noticed where you left a memorial for Mamie Campbell Thomas, the daughter of our Aunt Shug who was Lulabelle Nixon Campbell. Are you related? Bill Powers firstname.lastname@example.org

It saddened me to find this grave bearing only a surname. Now I am glad that I went ahead and created the memorial so that you could find it. Thank you for providing the missing information. Is William Jackson Peaden part of your family?

Thank you for your kind comments. I have been photographing at Makiki Cemetery the last couple of months and I notice that you have left your mark there also. Say hello to "Molly" when you get a chance. Take care and happy hunting. David.
