Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm an archaeologist, and my primary grave research and recording is in Nelson County, KY, (where I grew up), and cemeteries located on Fort Knox military installation, where I work.

Although I plan on adding relatives wherever I might find them, most of the entries I'll make will not be individuals related to me.

I'm interested in cemetery recording, mapping, and preservation, and would love to network with anyone else sharing those interests.

Feel free to request photos. I can't promise that I'll find/photo them, but I can promise to try.

Hi,

We all do that occasionally. Susan Diebler is still active.

RE: Basil Summers
I have no additional knowledge about the order of his name. As you know, many people who used their middle name reversed the order out of convenience.

Thank you so much for the photo!
I am very distantly related- 2nd cousin 5X removed. My maternal grandmother was a Summers living in GA.
May I have your permission to use your photos on my ancestry.com family tree?

Mathew Vowels
No problem for you to keep him, since you're a direct descendant. I'm in contact with a lady who was just there, looking into his brother Henry; if she by chance found anything about Mathew, I'll let you know. Is there a way to send you a private e-mail? Thanks.
