I love genealogy and visiting cemeteries. I'm hoping I will be able to help someone in their research. Unfortunately I am not related to any of the entries I have made for SC. Please Email me any corrections. Some of the families I am researching are: Arrasmith,Bailey,Baum, Bish,Bray,Conner,Coon,Coonrod,Cornell,Dixson,|
Welch & Willis.
Thanks to all who Email and let me know I've helped. I have noticed a lot of my pictures are making their way to Ancestry.com. I don't mind but PLEASE NOTE where the picture came from.
WE WILLINGLY MAKE TRANSFERS WITHIN THE 4 GENERATION "FAG" GUIDELINES WHICH ARE:
Spouses, Parents, Brothers and Sisters, Children, Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, Grandparents, and Great-grandparents. (AND the above relatives for your spouse.) Please use the "EDIT" tab to ask for EACH transfer. *****PLEASE STATE YOUR EXACT RELATIONSHIP TO THE DECEASED*****
For EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS, (aunts, uncles, cousins, great-greats, etc.) we will gladly make additions, corrections or links
PLEASE USE the "EDIT" tab on the upper right side of the memorial to send corrections and links. PLEASE BE PATIENT with your requests. Your request may not be done the first day you send it.

|D L Tunison||Mary Jane McKinney Deatherage|
This Mary Jane McKinney Deatherage's parents are James Russell and Eleanor Black McKinney. The Mary Jane McKinney, daughter of William and Nancy McPherson McKinney, moved with her parents to Douglas County, Kansas in the early 1850s, and married a James Reed in 1856. I have been continuing the research of the McKinneys my father started 16+ years ago.

I enjoy reading old newspapers (Library of Congress website) and trying to match the stories and articles to the memorials here on F-A-G. I have found the wedding announcement for James Whitmire and Marguerite Goodwill in the French Broad Hustler (Hendersonville, NC) on 10/19/1916.
It sounds like a lovely wedding. I thought you might like to see the announcement.
|Barbara Watson||John P Poole|
I am a DAR member and have been researching a Patriot Seth Pettypool Jr. I am having trouble with his son John's headstone as it is a new marker and DAR will not accept a new marker they said I have to have proof of a new one being ordered. My questions to you is do you have any information on who ordered it or a copy of the order. I have contacted the church and they have no information on John P Poole. He was a Pettypool when he left NC but most of them changed their last name dropping Petty and going with P Poole. Any help would be appreciated.

|Janis Babb||MARTHA E HENTORN|
Hi, I think this name should be Martha Elizabeth HENTHORN. But she already listed on Find a Grave in this same cemetery and so is her husband Alvin Josepheus Henthorn. Thanks,
Janis Webb Babb
