RE: Mildred Griffin Davis
Not really related. She lived within a mile from me for many years. My Dad sold Mildred and Cotton a farm many years ago. And since the 50's I have gone to church at Hendeson Chapel with her family.

Research on Allen Malone of Hall County Georgia
My name is Linda L. Malone and I found your name on NEGA Historical and Genealogical Society page and also Find A Grave.

I am a "newbie" researcher and I'm wondering is you could help me find Allen Malone of Hall County in the 1830's? If not can you suggest someone who could?

I know that Allen was on the 1830 Census with a wife and 5 children. (No names are listed but his)in Hall County. I don't know his wife's name or any of his children's names at that time. I found them later on in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. I am in hopes that you might be able to find his wife's name. He is my husband's ancestor-4th Great Grandfather.

If you can help me I would be very greatful.

Thank you,
Linda L. Malone

RE: Ezekiel L. Buffington
Hi Julie,

I am related to the Buffingtons by marriage. My connection to them is through the Liles line. Ester Jane Liles (1824-1919) married Pickens Taylor Reynolds (1815-1899) and at least two of their children married Buffingtons--Flora E Reynolds married Oborn Monroe Buffington and William Bartemious Reynolds married Georgia Anne Buffington. I live in Missouri so it is difficult for me to actually go to the Georgia cemeteries. I am not certain where some of them are buried.

RE: EMORY FRAZIER BUFFINGTON
Plan on going to Georgia soon. Will let you know the date. Emory Buffington is my grandfather and also I am taking my father of 83 years old now. I know where Emory Buffington is buried and we have many cousins in that graveyard and I want to know all the people who are of my family and would like to meet the pastor. I know my granddad is the first one buried in the graveyard. I want my family to be known to all of the church. It will be between late December or next spring when I go there. Georgia is 700 some miles from Norfolk, VA. My dad was raise in GA and I was born in VA but know GA very well. I know the Buffington's married the Buffington's and Dunagan married the Dunagan and I have one brother and two sisters all live here. I am the only one never marrried retired now from Ford Motor Company building F-150 pickup trucks for years here in Norfolk, VA and believe in the Lord with all my heart. I would like to marry a Buffington one day. God bless the world and hope to hear from you soon. Robert Buffington, I am the son of Robert Buffington annd my dads father is Emory Buffington. I never go a day without a golden cross. My dad lived across the street from the church all his years in GA. It is a blessing. I would say next spring about May. It is a 12 hour drive from here. If you want my phone number just ask. God Bless
