|After retiring, I took over my father's work on my family tree and it led to photographing headstones of my family in Iowa. So I thought, why not help others who live farther away? Plus, I find cemeteries so interesting and peaceful. There's no better feeling being outdoors on a nice day!|
Please feel free to use any of my photos.

Could you correct the info for Ann Isherwood's death as shown on the tombstone to 04/24/1859 please? Her number is 53235075.

Hi Gail, My hobby is researching Vermont in the Civil War. All the material I locate I contribute to the data base, "vermontcivilwar.org." I am presently trying to locate the last resting place of many of our soldiers/sailors that migrated elsewhere.I have found that you have posted at least two photo's of monuments from Iowa cemeteries (charles Bond and Survarnard Jay Carr in Webster County. I am asking you if you would give permission for your photo's of soldiers with Vermont ties to be used on this site? You would receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration on this.
