|David Gambrel||Alexander C. Douglas|
I have located the unmarked grave of Capt. Isaac Singleton, who Alexander C. Douglas served under in the Civil War. Trying to locate as many descendants of his men as possible.
|Gaye Hill||Clarence H. Stevens|
Clarence H. Stevens married my great-aunt; Naomia Forrest Sims Farrens Stevens.
She had children from her first marriage and Clarence helped to raise those children, but they had no children together.
Naomia Forrest Sims Farrens Stevens, Find A Grave Memorial# 29170539 and hers links to Clarence.
Can you tell me anything more concerning Clarence? His middle name, his full birthdate or location, his occupation?
I know nothing about him and there is no family left to ask about him.
|Gaye Hill||Cloyd Benjamin Stevens|
Find A Grave Memorial #62230564; Crescent Hill Cemetery, Adrian, Bates County, MO
I am wondering IF I am in the correct linage.
Do you know if Cloyd and Daisy had 2 sons; Earl and Clarence?
Clarence H. Stevens is an uncle, by marriage, he had no known children before his marriage and none with my aunt.
I only know the birth and death years - 1906-1965, and nothing else.
Well I just cannot thank you enough for your wonderful pictures. I sure wish I knew who was putting flowers on the grave? This is my husband's side and I am just so happy to have the pics for my grandchildren. Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!! I see all the work you have done - thank you so much for your contribution to FindAGrave - know that is is very much appreciated. -Mary Worcester MA

I have pictures of every stone in Atherton Cemetery, but I did not find a stone for Shirley Stevens. But here are other Steven's that I do have pictures for in the same cemetery:
These are in the Atherton Part (4 on the same stone):
Jessie W 1894-1963 (Pic #1966)
John W 1889-1963 (Pic #1966)
Ronald V 1964-1995 (Pic #1966)
Wilbur V 1915-1993 (Pic #1966)
Russell 1902-1961 (Pic #1890)
These are in the Old Atherton Part (same cemetery on Find A Grave):
Charles K 1919-1953 (Pic #0147)
Cleo Edward 1922-1928 (Pic #0148)
Leroy 1889-1962 (Pic #152 - death date blank on stone)
Sylvia Mae 1889-1959 (Pic #152)
Some of the people may already be on Find A Grave. All those picture are out on my website - if you would like to have them here, let me know (or request a picture) and I'm always happy to upload them to this site also.
