My name is Kimberly and I began my journey here at "Find a Grave" in August 2009 when I stumbled upon this website by accident. My father had just past away 2 years ago and I had not been able to go and see his grave or headstone. I was totally surprised that someone had taken a picture of his headstone and put it on this site. My husband and I moved from California to Texas. His mother is buried in Central California and I was able meet another fantastic volunteer who went and took photos of my husband's mother's headstone and other famiily members so that he is able to have a memorial for them since we are so far away. I know there are so many others out there who do not know about this site and I want to help share this site with others. I feel it is important to keep our loved ones memories alive.|
I have enjoyed linking family together on here and this site has been advantageous in my genealogy endeavors. The following are surnames of the family I am researching: Shields; Hannah; McElwain; Detherow; Case; Shook; Davis; Pilkington; Harmon; and most of Webster Co., Missouri (to list a few). If you are related, please let me know. I have done a lot of research on most of these families and would love to share anything I have.
**** I would be happy to transfer memorials to those related and even non-related, within reason; I just ask that those memorials I transfer be cared for as I have cared for them ****
All my blessings

|Laura Goodman||Pepper Hannah|
Is it possible that Pepper is buried in Florida with Howard S. Kiven?....It could just be a coincidence but "Pepper" 1983-1994 is engraved along with Howard Kiven.

But, apparently I am not very observant as I now see in the middle of the stone saying she married Bill Fisk. Duh!

You're welcome! Actually, I didn't realize she was the lady you had requested as Fisk wasn't on the stone. It surprised me when I saw it had been a request. lol

Hi, just wanted you to know that Jerry's wife, Ethel L. Good, Memorial# 708343, is not listed on Mr. Good's site.

Yes...kinda what I thought. I sent a notice to them just to let them know. I have made several duplicates myself and I appreciate when someone lets me know.

You're very welcome!
|Joyce Snell||RE: Pilkinton & Harmon|
I'm related directly to the Harmon line but to the Pilkinton line only through a marriage. I know very little about either on though.
|Joyce Snell||Pilkinton & Harmon|
You state that you are related/have done research for both these surnames, so I am assuming that you are related in some way. If so, please contact me. Thanks.
|Bill Bates||RE: Robert Hurst|
The photo was my pleasure.
Have an awesome day, Bill
