You're most welcome
You're sure welcomed, Vickie...glad to be able to get out in the sunshine and visit the Hogges for you!

sadly the location is lost to history. i have found no evidence that the graves were dug up and moved so i leave the burial information as it appears in historical records.

I saw the cemetery photo a few days ago online.
It's all cleaned out now.
Did you get some more photos?

"Honest Engines!" Lol! I was there. It must have some other name attached to the records. I also gave you Patricia's number to check yourself. Sorry, Rog

Thanks for the photos. I see you took quite a few at the Lazarus Walley Cemetary. I knew that my Grandmother Annie Ruth Backstrom had died in childbirth, didn't know there was a marker. I don't know if I'll ever be able to, but I'd like to make a few trips in the future with a sling blade and machete, maybe later with chain saw if necessary. Does anyone know who owns the land now or whose permission I'd need? Thanks again

Hi my name is Richard Walley and I am from Waynesboro, MS. I have been doing alot of research on the Walley family tree. Gouldsberry would be my Great Great Great Great Grandfather. I would love to go out the Lazarus Walley cemetery and take some pictures and just see where my relatives are buried. Is there anyone you know of that could show me where it is or take me out there. Thank you very much for your time.
