Bio and Links
Bio Photo My journey consists of linking our past to our future. Even though family grows in different directions - our roots will always be the same.

I have reached a point in my life that I yearn to know and understand the paths that were traveled before me.

I have learned so much about my loved ones and myself along this journey. I've discovered a bounty of joy and sorrow at every crossroad - along with an understanding of the struggles and determination that every individual faced.

I am most grateful for the faces that I see in the mirror each day - as well as the faces that look back at me in the photos that I so cherish.

This is why I began this journey and will continue my journey. I pray that my children; grandchildren; and, great grandchildren will also treasure every crossroad that they experience.

You posted a gravestone photo to http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=104400885

Is it located near his mother's grave at Powers Chapel Cemetery?

I know it's a lot late, but thank you for adding the photo. I actually am not on here often so I did not notice it until now. Thanks again and God bless.

re: James Franklin
In Little River Cemetery, I found a Jim Franklin whose birth year is 3 years off. Shall I email the headstones (Franklins) on either side of this one and see if they are connected to your James Franklin?

RE: Landy - West Virginia
You're welcome. Glad to help. There's also a Joe Landy Jr marker that I'll be posting soon. I don't think there's a memorial yet - if I create one I'll transfer it to you. Let me know should you have interest in any others there at Pineview.
Merry Christmas,
JC

RE: Wilson Family (Robert; Belle; Roy)
You are very welcome. While there I photographed the rest of the Wilson Stones in the Wilson Plot. I have already uploaded them to their Memorials.
They are as follows:
Doyle Wilson
Dollie Wilson

Carlos Wilson

Clifton Wilson
Nellie Wilson

William L. Autrey
Reba Wilson Autrey

They are listed together as they were arranged in the plot. I noticed on their Memorials they are not linked together. Since they are your family you can contact jphil090855 for a transfer or make a request as additional information to be added to their memorials using the EDIT tab.

Thank you so much for all the extra effort and research! Annie is my great grandmother and her middle name Dorothea is most probably the source of my name, Dorothy.Until about six months ago when I began researching I knew almost nothing about this branch of my family.Bless you and all volunteers?

Will you submit the updated info about the correct location of the graves that you discovered? If you make updates, I noticed that the little girl's marker showed her name as Elise, not Elsie. Blessings be upon you.
