|Diane L. Webb||Thaddeus and Rachel Newell|
Have you had any luck on finding the maiden name for Rachel ? married Thaddeus Newell around 1769
in Worchester Co. MA, or Woodstock, Conn, or Canaan, Columbia Co., New York?
So many people in Family Search.org and Ancestry.com have her maiden name "Unknown".
I can't get back any further on my female line.
Have done the DNA testing but really need her maiden name to go back further.
Diane L. Webb

This is the first picture I have seen when she was young. She was beautiful and was such a sweet lady. Do you have anymore pictures of the siblings when they were young. Thank you Marsha

I have not heard from you for awhile, hope all is good with youall. We are fine. Looking forward to Spring.
I was wondering if you would be agreeable to transferring Annabel's Memorial to me. If you would rather keep this Memorial I can send you the obit. A wonderful lady in Illinois sent it to me. You are a great lady too for sending me obits. Thanks and look forward to hear from you. Marsha

Thank you for the linkage inf for Rutherford Shurtz. His wife, Mattie, was the daughter of William Harvery Green and Nancy C Fox. Nancy was the daughter of Thomas J Fox and Julia Dick. Thomas and Julia removed to Jefferson Co in the mid 1860s. Julia's father, Hardin Dick is on the 1870 census in Jefferson Co, IL.
