|I have always been interested in genealogy and working on our family tree. I presently serve on the Board of Directors for the Triune Cemetery. I am in the process of updating our cemetery records and hopefully will be documentating with a photo of each grave. |
I hope my efforts will be of help to someone. Please e-mail me with any corrections.
My family search includes Roberts and McCullars from Lawrence Co, TN, Walker, Winston and Fayette Co., AL.
Goodman and Tucker family search from Rutherford Co. TN.

Thank you for all of your hard work. Your information on the Thomas family has helped me a great deal. You might be interested in knowing that Jervis and Alice Thomas had 10 children. The one you are missing is my grandmother Donie Pearl Thomas Pettus (18 Feb 1888- 16 June 1978). She was married to Jesse Allen Pettus (19 June 1873 - 29 Jan 1957). They are buried on the farm where they lived in the College Grove area.

Admins merged the bogus cemetery in Rutherford into the correct one in Davidson County this morning, so yours is now in the correct location.

99% of the 671 Magaret-s should be MaRgaret....
Via Ancestry.com all names can be listed in all cemeteries, e.g. all WilLliams or all WilhEmina, etc.
I have corrected over 10,000 names on Findagrave so far, enabling the public to find those memorials with the right spelling. Occasionally the name is non-standard and my correction is refused. That is an acceptable risk.
And I found some 1000 duplicates....
Have a nice day.

Thank you so much for the efforts to locate the grave of Elizabeth Windrow. It take time to do the research you have done and thank you for sharing what you found out with me.

The photo of a picture on Alice's page with the
white dove on it needs to be turned so dove is on the top.

Just added memorials for some Coleman-McCanless cousins, and will be happy to transfer to your care after I get through messing around with them, if OK? Still missing a spouse or two that may have arrived, post-transcription and with no help from SSDI. --Harriet
I have family line of Tucker and I think some from Rutherford County, TN but most are from Hardin County, TN.

This is not our memorial. It use to be, but a transfer was requested to Joseph P Abel long ago. We took the family marker photo at the cemetery, but don't know who it belongs to, however Mr. Abel must know who it belongs to as he is the one that asked for the transfer. Please look at the memorial again and contact Mr. Abel; his Find A Grave link is posted on the memorial.
If you want him to transfer the memorial, please make sure you do it through the memorial through the Edit link, that way all the necessary #'s get transferred with direct links to them making it easier to search for the memorial and it also allows the memorial owners to know who and why the request is being made. That way everything goes through the website.
Thank you for being a Find A Grave contributor and I hope you get this figured out.
|Marcia Lynne vonGunden||Transfer and a big thank you|
Hello again Betty,
Thank you for your generosity in transferring:

With you help I have successfully connected her with parents and 4 of her 10 siblings.
