After doing so much for Chickasaw County, Mississippi, I decided I needed a change in my life so i moved back to my hometown of West Point, Mississippi. I have not picked back up with taking pictures here, but i am working on obits for this area. If i can help anyone in Clay County i will do what i can.
obit for David Stark #147486540 Dear Barbara, tried to email you back but it didn't go thru. I would be happy to transfer his memorial to you if you would like to write the obit. He is not a relative (that I know of yet LOL) I will write the obituary if you don't want to. In Christ, Ms. Dee Taylor Hamaker #48728909
Children of James Monroe Valentine I think some of the Valentine's listed as children of John C. Valentine, are the wrong? John J. and Mary Valentine could not be the correct children, they were born to late to be his children. John J. Valentine wasn't born until 1868, and Mary was born later. They may be children of James Monroe "Jesse" Valentine. He was born Feb. 15, 1820, in South Carolina, and died Mar. 4, 1886 in Clay County, Mississippi. He married Pricilla Carolyn Polly Luther abt. 1865. So their children were born after 1865 - 1887. I have tried to correct their links.
