My late brother, Gare Allen, created thousands of memorials on Find A Grave based on obituaries published on the internet.

If you are related to the deceased for one of the memorials Gare created I would be happy to transfer management of the memorial to you.

I receive many transfer requests, to simplify the process for me, please make a request by sending an email to [email protected] with the following:

- Name of the deceased
- A link to the memorial (the link includes the memorial ID)
- Your Find A Grave contributor name and ID

NOTE: I plan to keep ownership of all memorials from our families.

NOTE TO FINDAGRAVE VOLUNTEERS:
If you have "adopted" and care for memorials in one or more cemeteries in your area, I would be happy to transfer all memorials that Gare created in those cemeteries to you. Send me an email to [email protected] with the following:

- Name of the cemetery
- A link to the cemetery (the link includes the cemetery ID)
- Your Find A Grave contributor name and ID
