 | Location of Burchfiel Cemetery HI Joanne - It is 6.5 miles straight south of Anthony on highway 179 and .25 miles west into a field on a dirt road which then swings north .1 mile to the cemetery. On Google maps it's not identified in 'map' view but you can see it by switching to 'satellite' view and it's very evident. Joe | | | Carol Murray

 | Riley Stubbs in Preble, Ohio Dear Joanne, Happy holidays! I am currently researching the Stubbs family of Preble, Ohio and came across your note on Riley's memorial mentioning letters that Riley wrote to his cousin Seth, your ancestor. Specifically, I am going in-depth into the lives of my Quaker ancestors who migrated from North Carolina, to Wrightsborough, Georgia, then into Preble, Ohio and Wayne, Indiana. As you probably know, the Stubbs family was integral in this journey. If you are interested more in my family lines or my research, I am happy to discuss further. However, a copy of these letters would be a wonderful addition to my research. Is it possible you could scan and send them to me? They will certainly provide first-hand accounts of the time period, the struggles and the sacrifices of the family. Many thanks for your consideration. Again, have a wonderful holiday. | RE: Melina Cobai Thank you very much Joanne. I'm guessing that she's buried alongside her father. He was murdered during the summer before we started high school. I appreciate your time and I'll check any records I can find as time rolls on. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and an awesome new year! Take care. | | | dcr

 | Melina Cobai Hi Joanne! I see that you do virtual grave requests for Gunnison and Crested Butte. I am wondering if you know the whereabouts of Melina Cobbai's grave. I know her father is buried in Crested Butte.
Melina and I dated back in high school. We graduated from GHS in 1993. She died in May of 2010 and I haven't been able to locate much information on her.
I thank you for doing what you're doing. Take care and God Bless. | | | cmjttt7
 | Riley's letters Hello: First, thank you for all your hard work. I see that you have letters that Riley Stubbs wrote (25003853). Any chance of obtaining copies ? I am a Hixson - Hixon researcher and family member. . Riley was a grandson of Kezia Hixson and Joseph Stubbs and would be a 4C to me. Thanks.
