RE: George W. Styron Michael: I know this amazingly large cemetery pretty well and it was a pleasure to be of service taking the photo as requested for the Square and Lot requested, Old West Sq 52 Lot 2 with inscription CSA. You know your genealogy and your research. The Civil War Research could be interesting. There were very brave drummer boys. In that cemetery there is in addition to George W. Styron, George Warren, George Washington, and George Washington II Styron. If there is another George W. Styron within my general area, I will be happy to take the marker photo for you. Good luck with everything. Barb
RE: Tate Stone Photos at Olive Hill Cemetery Michael: You're very welcome. It's always nice to fulfill and help someone find a grave that's been requested for such a long time. The Tate markers as you saw were very unique and the only ones of that type at the cemetery. thx, Mike
RE: Isabella Vance Stone I photographed the whole cemetery and checked them against what was listed. Everyone is entered except a large slave section at the back. The cemetery is very well kept and the markers have been cleaned since the photos were taken. Also went there with one of your kinsmen, Roger Lott. His grandparents are buried in Old Liberty in Carroll County. He is my gravin buddy.
