I've been doing genealogy for 36 years and have collected an enormous amount of material that I have made available on my numerous web pages and my rootsweb database. |
Some of the names I'm researching are Willard, VonAllmen, Jolliff, Heral/Harrold, Colyott, Huddleston, Baty, Lindesmith, Pease, Johnson, Metcalf, Spurlock, Estes, Casey, Momenteller, Wright (in the US). And my husband's lines: Freeman, Webster, Mapp, Shaw (in Canada & England). I have most of the info I've found on these families at my website.
Just in the last few years I have gotten interested in Find-a-Grave and I love the possibilities it offers. I have been trying to get a lot of the information I have up on these pages, whether they are mine or not. I'm not trying to amass 30,000 memorials--though I genuinely appreciate those who have contributed so much in this way! Most of the time I spend on this site is helping other people make links, add information, and add pictures to their pages.
If you are more closely related to the people I have pages for, or have more information, I'm usually happy to transfer a memorial--UNLESS you are one who doesn't do transfers to other people, or who only transfers within FAG guidelines.
You are welcome to use any of my photos. I don't believe that old pictures "belong" to anyone.

Hi Mary Jo,
I love the picture posted on Minnie/Jack's memorial of the 2 women(?)
Do you know which one if Minnie; if so, who is the other one?
This is the second hermaphrodite I have come across, but the other one was in a different family line.
Do you know when Minnie Beulah became Jack? Still listed as female in 1930 census.
Must have taken a long time for her/him to make up his mind.

|PATTI L BIBY||Elizabeth "Betty" Faulkner Baldwin|
I am working on genealogy of my maternal grandfather's family. Elizabeth "Betty" Faulkner Baldwin is my grandpa's maternal grandmother. His mother was "Angeline Baldwin Saunders, daughter of Littleberry B. Baldwin and Elizabeth Faulkner Baldwin. Angeline had five siblings, two of whom were step children. I noticed the only child listed for Elizabeth "Betty" Faulkner Baldwin was Eliza. The other siblings are:
Angeline Baldwin Saunders born 1848
Jackson Baldwin born 1946
Eliza born 1844
Richard born 1845
and step siblings:
Narcissa born 1834
Elisha E. born 1837
I do not have information on who Littleberry married prior to Elizabeth. Can you add Angeline and her other siblings as children of Elizabeth? Thank you, Patti Biby, Belleville, IL
|Gene Stephan||Baldwin II Memorial|
Thx Mary Jo for the suggestion, the website will not allow me to enter a 3 digit date. Unfortunately when 0ne requests Admin to do it, they then 'take over' the memorial on these ancient historical people, which I don't agree with. So I just put the Info in the body of the Bio. Take care, Geno
One is an actual gave, the other is a memorial marker - cenotaph.
