I wanted to let you know about a correction to Betsy's mother that you have listed as Rebecca Guy.
Rebecca Guy Moore is the daughter of Wm. Moore Jr. and Eleanor Hellen Shields.
Eleanor Shields sister Rebecca Shields married Matthew Guy in 1806. After Matthew died in the war of 1812 she married Wm. Rutan and she died a Rutan and is buried in Youngstown.
This brings me to the actual mother of Betsy Strawder. Her father is Wm. Moor Sr. and Mary Parmer Moor. I have Wm. Moor Sr. will records and a warranty deed where it shows his children having to sign off on the property.
There is a genealogy book by Elmer D. Moore that gives family lineage. However, this book is riddle with errors. This error about the parentage of Betsy and the death of Wm. senior and Wm. junior are HUGE.
I also have a document that give the Moor family bible information of Wm. Moor Jr.
Wm. Moore Jr. died in Montcalm County, Michigan in 1863. I have a copy of his will.
I hope this all makes sense. :)
Have a great day!!

Thank you for updating the correct Hulburt name spellings. I am currently working with his daughter Donna (my mother-in-law) on adding her family pictures and will create a memorial this week for her mother Julia Risch Hulburt Marsh, she was Hugh's first wife.
