Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogy research for over 36 years now. It started as a hobby that is now an addiction. Cemeteries are fasinating places to learn clues about ones ancestors and I have tried to find the graves of as many of my and my husband's ancestors and their families as I can. Preserving the memory of our loved ones and photographing the tombstones is a great way to preserve and share what time might destroy. All of my memorials are ancestors of mine or my husband.

Under the EDIT key: You can Suggest a correction or provide additional information for any entry that I have made.

Feel free to use any of my photos but PLEASE state that it came from Find A Grave and give me credit for the photo. Thank you.

Kris Palmer
Jasper Clark descendants
Hi,
My name is Kris Palmer and you contacted my mom, Salana Carson years ago regarding Clark stories and photos. She has two old Clark family photo albums that she's having scanned and put on a flash drive. Would you be interested in having a copy? She love to share it with you and the few written histories and letters she has. We already have about 130 Clark photos on a Google drive if you're interested. Do you have any Clark histories we could share? Thanks! Kris

RE: Roger Terrill
Thank you for the clarification. You might mention on the memorial that it is a cenotaph.

Jane Riggs Curci
Phebe Crane Canfield
So many books (circa 1900) state that Phebe is the daughter of Jasper Crane and Alice, but proof is lacking.

It appears that there is no record indicating that she is the daughter of John (of Brookline, MA) and Alice Crane and sister of Benjamin and Lt Henry Crane but no proof has been found to support this fact.

May I ask why you have mentioned John as a possible father and not Jasper?

Do you believe DNA would be helpful.

Please reply to Jane Curci wmcurci@aol.com

Thank you so much for your participation in this wonderful project.

John Brady
Benjamin Brady
Hello,

My name is John R. Brady and i was wondering where the information came from on the Benjamin Brady you have posted along with his family. Benjamin is my 3rd Great Grandfather. I have been doing research on the family for about 10 years. I had been unable to find anything on the Mary Brady Young side or on the two other children of Benjamin, George and Lewis that you mention. I have information on all the rest of the family. Many pictures of tombstones and markers. I am from the Samuel Dunlap side. I live in Maryland and not to far from West Virginia. You can reach me at j.r.brady@comcast.net

Martin
I noticed you have a grave memorial for a Sarah 'Martin' Baker daughter of William Martin.

I have been tracking down the migration paths of the various Martin branches in order to distinguish all the similar names between related Martin families. I would be interested in talking with you further about Sarah's migration across the US.

I am direct male descendent of David Martin (b1743), son of a William Martin (b1715). David did have a sister named Sarah. However, During this time period and location, there are a lot of Martins with similar names.
