Bio and Links
Bio Photo A cemetery is not a place just to bury the dead. It should be a sacred place for quiet reflection, peace, tranquility, honor, and remembrance. It is a history of people and a perpetual record of yesterday.

Love begins with a smile...grows with a kiss...and ends with a teardrop....

I will not use chalk, shaving cream, or any other potentially harmful methods to enhance the inscriptions. Please do not use these on any photo requests I make, Thank You.

Although FINDAGRAVE can be very useful for genealogy, FINDAGRAVE as the name implies is a grave registration site NOT a genealogy site.

I will NOT add a link to a burial unknown memorial. This site is named Find a GRAVE for a reason. Not a difficult concept.

Please do not request to add a birth date calculated from the gravestone, unless the complete age is known or listed (y/m/d). Dates that do not agree with the gravestone will be placed in the bio section. Thank You.

Linda Church
Scoville Stones in Old Watertown Cemetery
I noticed you took several lovely photos of the Hannah Richards Scoville stone.

Wondered if you would add the same pictures to 24245092 - 2nd Wife Elizabeth Brown Scoville and
24245069 - Lt. William Scoville.

Both Elizabeth and William are on the stone with Hannah.

thanks so much

I'm assumimg you've taken over this memorial of Jerry Sollinger's although your name has not been added. I believe the following should be deleted from this memorial: "Mills" and "Married to Daniel Bouton, December 1799."

There's a church abstract which reads "Hannah Hoyt, wid., of Stamford, m. Dea. Daniel Bouten of N. Canaan, Oct. 17, 1803". His first wife, Mary Mead, didn't die until 1801. All three of these individuals are buried in Weed Cemetery, New Canaan. Thanks.

RE: John F. Bristol
The info I have right now does not say. I can research it further, but it will take some time.
