Bio Photo Hello, and welcome -
My name is Beckie. I am an avid and passionate Genealogist.

I have been doing genealogy research for over 35 years. It all started when I first interviewed my grandmother and got hooked from there. One of the reasons I joined Find-A- Grave, is because of my hope of finding the gravesites that I can only hope to visit.

I am busy with a project to document the history of the Major's Choice property in Bel Air, Maryland. Along with a great friend who lives next to the Philip Henderson home, we are trying to document the slaves that lived and worked on that property. In our research, we have expanded to the lives of so many prominent Bel Air residents of the time period from 1750 to the 1950s. 200 years!

In addition, I am working feverishly to complete my own project for my kids. See the above webpage for my project.

One in particular is that of Jerry Bridges who was a Vietnam War MIA for a very long time 1968-1994. And finally laid to rest in 2002 in Giles Memory Garden, Pulaski, Tennessee. If you live in that area, please, get a picture of his grave. FOUND AT MEMORIAL # 15123871 . Would mean the world to me. His name engraved first on my Vietnam MIA bracelet I received in 1971 and has been engraved in my heart ever since then.

Through my website www.choatesoftennessee.weebly.com I have come in contact with so many Choate family members who are eager to find more for their families. I am so happy to help, so keep it coming.

I have had the opportunity to finally go to Bourland Cemetery in Keller Texas to document for myself the information I've collected over the years for the Choate Family. Thank you to mwhitnah@charter.net for the contributions of the Choate names to the Findagrave database. Much appreciated.
I am very excited to be a volunteer member of Find-A-Grave and look forward to any requests made by others to help them in their search!
May you all find peace in your hearts and may God shine his light upon you.---------------------

RE: Clara M Tubbs Photograph
Hello I posted the pictures you requested and just wanted to let you know that there was 2 other Tubbs buried by Andrew and Clara. You can actually see their graves in the grave stone photo of Andrew and Clara. I've made memorials for L. G. Tubbs and Mildred E. Tubbs and posted photos for you to check out. If they turn out to be of related to you I will be happy to transfer them to you.

Hello! I have transferred this memorial to you upon request.

Strangely enough, I met his wife while I was at the cemetery and she pointed out his grave to me. FYI: She mentioned that he is the only Anglo buried in this Hispanic cemetery.

Best Wishes!

RE: Mary Ann Dodson Zeth
I just found out the other day that the old Reformed cemetery in Claysburg was originally the Zeth family plot.

RE: Mary Ann Dodson Zeth
Claysburg Reformed.
Actually the Claysburg Union was 2 separate cemeteries a Lutheran and later the Union were merged when the church disbanded as well as the Reformed church. The Union cemetery committee maintains all 3 as the Union committee.
It is not unusual for cemeteries to have more than 1 name .
E-mail me at bcgs578@gmail.com and I will forward a Goggle map on the cemetery locations.

Denette Beamer at Forest Home Cemetery
Hi! I need the burial Section and Lot Numbers in order to take a photograph for you. This cemetery's staff does not help photo volunteers, and the burial location is not available anywhere else.

Phone: 708-366-1900
E-mail: deborah.bluck@foresthomecemetery.net

Last year I fulfilled over 450 photo requests at this cemetery after the burial location was provided.

Thank you!
