RE: Trying to find my Dads grave
Thanks you so much!!!! I really appreciate your help, this means so much to me. I just have one more question if you don't mind...do you know what street that location on the map is off of. I really can't tell. If you don't know, I will try my best to locate it when I go there today.

Pvt. William Norris, Jr.
Hi, Nancy. Nelson Bolton visited Green Mount today and took photos of Pvt. Norris' tombstone and added them to his memorial page. I have a lengthy bio for him if you wouldn't mind transferring his memorial (#7932479) to me. My contributor number is #47842678. Thank you!

Nancy, I'm following up on William Norris, Jr. at Greenmount Cemetery. Has the area and lot number been determined?

Mount Auburn
HI Nancy,

I just left a note for Mr Murphy. I copy the same here.

(Wow - thanks for the movie about Mount Auburn.) I could find very little about the cemetery on line and called the number listed here but never received a call back.

Then is trying again at findagrave I came upon your name. Again thank you for your efforts at Mount Auburn.

I have a family bible that says Raymond Samuel Pomroy died in Baltimore on 25 Jan 1975 and was buried at Mount Auburn. I don't need a death cert and this is for a friend. Raymond is white. I was confused in what I did read about Mount Auburn but thought maybe in recent times some white people were buried there as paupers. Most likely then Raymond would not have a stone. But are the burial records available somewhere? I would just be happy to verify that Raymond is indeed buried there, even if no known grave location or stone exists. Thank you ever so kindly in advance for any help you can provide. -Mary Worcester MA

Nancy - do you have access to death certs and obits?
