Bio and Links
Bio Photo Please visit the memorial of my niece Christin Cooper She left us much too soon.

I am currently working on my family tree and my husband's family tree. I apologize in advance to those that I send many SAC's. Sometimes it seems like I'm connected to everyone in a cemetery. I like to get as much information as I can on their memorials, but it is very important to me personally to add maiden names and links. Thank you to everyone who has added information and thank you to those who will in the future.

If you're planning to go to Mount Hope and aren't sure where your family is buried, email me ahead of time and I can send you more information, along with maps of the cemetery. Mount Hope covers a large area and it can be difficult to find a specific burial without a map.

I've completed taking pictures of Mount Hope Cemetery in Webb City, Mo, with the exception of stones added since June 2010, and they are all online. If there wasn't a stone, I took a picture of the space. The pictures that say "space unknown" means I have the block and lot number, but not the space number so I just took a picture of the lot or of an unmarked space in the lot.

I realize that some of my pictures are not all that great, so if you'd like me to try to get a better photo, let me know. If I've made any mistakes or you'd like more information added, just let me know.

Many of the headstone pictures that I've placed on my family's memorials were actually taken by my parents. I have my Mom's permission to use hers and since my Dad's passing, his pictures are now mine. I've created virtual cemeteries for family.

It is not my intention to create duplicate memorials and I try not to but sometimes it happens. Please let me know if I have created a duplicate and I'll remove mine. And I'd appreciate it if you don't create duplicates of ones already on. I am more than happy to transfer management of the memorials I have created unless they are my family. Just click on edit on the memorial and ask for a transfer and include your relationship.

I don't mind sharing the photos I've taken for personal use but I would like to request that others do not take credit for any photos I've taken.

Nancy Chastain
Thanks for your message. My mother and I co-own this account, and we descend from Nancy Jane's daughter Ruth Chastain. Ruth married Charles "Fred" Browning, and their daughter Helen is my grandma. Let me know if you would like any more information! I have rather complete records of Nancy Jane's children as well as photos.

RE: Luella Marble
I'm just trying to solve a bit of a mystery in my tree. Others are saying this is the wife of Francis Marion Aubrey Marble who is listed on the marriage record I found as Lulie Ella Hayes and on the 1910 census report as Ella living in Jasper County, MO. She was born about 1872 and died before 1920.

I have put all the information on this memorial into my tree on Ancestry and get nothing.

I was just wondering if the information came from burial records or death certificate or some thing like that.

Thank you for the offer to transfer the memorial but until I know for sure who this woman is I think you had better hang on to it.

Hi Kelly,
Many thanks for the transfers! I have always automatically included my name and number on this site for any transactions (just to make life as easy as possible for everyone involved). I thank you, though, for the info, because I did NOT know that the ID number is automatically included. Thank you for making these memorials, for taking the time and trouble to photo document this cemetery, and for the transfers. I truly appreciate your kindness!

RE: Margaretha Hall
I also have seen her maiden name as both Fuchs and Wolf. I saw Fuchs just yesterday on another members page. Not sure either which is accurate. I will investigate further.
Thanx, TommyD

Brandee Umbarger
Hi Kelly,
I've updated Brandee Umbarger's memorial (Find A Grave Memorial# 7276895) and added photos... I was wondering if you could delete a photo that you had added in 2010?
Kind regards,

Levi Marshall Senter
Enjoyed seeing the write-up of William M Senter. Thank you!
You mention G.M.Senter is father of William M. Senter. I just wonder if that is a typo. Actually his full name is Levi Marshall Senter. Levi is my 2nd great grandfather. 2nd great grandmother, Emily Halsell (Halsey) Senter.
Emily's parents are William Halsell (Halsey) and Dulcina or Dulceena Halsell or Halsey. I have record of them in Neosho until 1860 census. Do you have any idea where they are buried or what became of them? My great grandmother is Ollie Mae Senter Rodarme.

Thanks so much. Patrice
