Mary Morris Pipes
I just read that Mary was the 2nd wife of John Pipes Jr. If true that explains the age difference.

Would you please check out this info, John's Mother Mary Morris Pipes, did not get married to John Pipes b. (1739) until Aug. 23, 1777.

Mary was 6 years old when John was born in 1766.
I do nor believe Mary is his mother. This genealogy sure takes a lot of detective work.

Josephus Beard
Hi John, thank you for posting the obit for Josephus. He is my 3rd great grandfather. Where did you get it? Are we related? and do you know more about the Beard's of Highland County, OH? I am in desperate search of more generations past his grandfather. Josephus - Thomas (father) - John (grandfather). They all lived in Highland County, OH until Josephus moved to Hamilton County, IN. Thanks so much again for posting this!!!

Isam & Nancy Hollandsworth
Hello John, Nice to meet a long lost cousin. Isam & Nancy are my 3rd great grands. Have you had any luck in locating their stone? I live in Kingman, AZ with my spouse who is retired. I've been doing genealogy since I was 18. It's nice to see all the hard work you have put into this memorial.

I am a volunteer research for the East Tn. History Center working on a registry of the graves of Civil War soldiers. Since you are related to him, I have transferred him to you. I am always happy when one of my many soldiers is found by his family.

John D. Allen
Hello, John(1816-1880) is my 2nd great grandfather. I am curious about the dates you have listed in Find a Grave for his birth and death. Do you have documented resources for these dates. If so, would you share that info? I would also be interested on any other info yo may have about him and his wife Elizabeth. Thank you.
