If we manage a memorial of someone who is not a relative of ours (and we do have a few who are relatives of relatives not on Find A Grave), or who is more directly related to another member (i.e., our great aunt/uncle or cousin but your parent or grandparent, say), we will gladly transfer it. Our purpose is not to amass memorials; we're interested in learning more about our ancestors and possibly connecting with living, breathing cousins!
