It has been a joy to work on Find-A-Grave during the last 6 years. I have tried to mainly enter memorials that I have photographed, because I feel that photo's don't lie. In our area there have been quite a few entries to Find-A-Grave using old handwritten surveys. I appericate the effort that was taken to get these surveys & the effort to enter them on Find-A-Grave, but the people that entered them made many mistakes and have caused families, looking for their loved ones, to not be able to find them. I hope that my photographs have cleared up some of the mess. If you need corrections please use the edit on the memorial. I will transfer, to releatives within the guidelines of Find-A-Grave. I do not link to unknown burials (please read Find A Graves rules for unknown burials) Location of body unknown is used for recent deaths where the disposition is not currently known. Final disposition must be determined and updated within 30 days. |
My main family work is Meador, DeCocq, Sellers, Sanders, Graham, Turner, Lee, Johnson, Devin, & Stephens
God Bless Everyone that has helped me!!!
For some that don't get the hint. I am a Meador, My mother is a Sellers, My Grandmothers were Sanders & Graham. My G-Grandmothers were Lee, Turner, Stephens & Lucas. My wife is a DeCocq & her grandmothers are Bucklin, Johnson & Hastings
PLEASE DO NOT USE MY PHOTOGRAPHS on any site that you have to pay to get into the site. I took the photographs for the entire world to use for free!
I spent my time photographing, editing & entering them for their family so they might see what they look like now. I did not take them for someone that does not care about them one bit except to make a profit! Richard Glenn Meador

My Great Grandmother, Minnie Holland is buried in Nolan Springs or Newlon Springs cemetery in Fort Smith, AR. Do you know if there is a caretaker for the cemetery? I don't have a plot number and don't know if she had a headstone. I found the name of the cemetery in her Obituary.

Mr Meador: Have you been able to go by Valley View and see if you can gleen any more information from the Shelton grave marker? If not, do you have any idea on how to clean the marker so it can be read? I will be in Ft Smith in December, but I have a sister who lives in Pocola, so if you know what to use to clean it I will get her to go do it. Thank you. George.....
