I noticed differences in DOB & DOD from your listing vs tombstone. Tombstone dates same as cemetery listing. Gary
|Lostnwyomn||RE: there is another with this name|
Could you please provide a name. I have over 40,000 memorials.
|Larry H.||John F. Story|
Reference John Frank & Surilda Stone. I hope the following is of help. The following information is on the cemetery lot/plot information board at Cedar Hill, Paonia, CO.
John Frank Story - Lot/plot# 13-21-C Born 1901, died 4-17-1972, 2 name stone.
John Frank Story - Lot/plot# 13-21-C Born 1911,
died 4-17-1972, 1 name stone. Probably same as above considering date of death and same lot/plot# Will have to wait until snow is gone so can check the stone information.
John F. Story - Lot/plot# 12-10-A Born 8-9-1872, died 12-20-1936, 2 name stone. This is the one you are probably looking for considering the lot/plot & stone information for:
Surilda Story - Lot/plot# 12-10-B Born 4-18-1878 died 12-30-1962 2 name stone.
There are three other Storys on the information board: Alonzo 1907/10-1-1982 lot/plot# 16-H-13; Mark B. 1911-1969 lot/plot# 13-21-F; Mary V. 8-11-1905/10-20-1994 lot/plot# 13-21-B
If these are of value to you, O.K., if not, just use delete button.
Unable to take any photos of stones due to snow cover. If you want photos, remind me later (suggest at least wait until mid-March/1st of April) and I will take some for you. Larry H.

|Brenda Billups Dodson||RE: Kirk Family|
My husband is the one who is related to the Kirks. He is the gr grandson of Lydia Kirk Dodson Baker. She was the daughter of Charles Sylvester Kirk. They came out to Oregon in 1865 in a Wagon train led by Charles' brother James Travis Kirk from Kirksville, Missouri. Lydia's son Arthur Dodson was his grandfather. Most of the Kirk family ended up in Northern Oregon. There are many of them listed on this site. Kirksville was named after Jesse Kirk who was postmaster of that city. I hope to hear from you again and look forward to sharing as much family info as possible. I have a family tree posted on Ancestry.com it is the Billups family tree, my user name is BrendaBillups. Let me know what you think of what I have found on the Kirk family.
|Dwayne Crandall||RE: Crandalls of Linn co Missouri|
Ellen Sarah or Sarah Ellen Stewart married twice after Egbert Duane Crandall. First, Solomon Childress and then Harold R. Hartfort. I do not have a death date or place for Ellen, but I suspect she was living in Kansas City, Kansas about 1920.
