I love genealogy. I love the old letters, stories, photos and cemeteries. I have been doing family research since 1999. My families include Conner, Shields, Lambert, Yates, Kiger, Goforth, Wright, Henderson, Peoples, Shaw, Spratt, plus many others. The California Counties of Butte,Colusa,Glenn, Mendocino, Modoc, Tehama, and others. States of California,Idaho,Iowa,Kentucky,Maine,Missouri and Ohio and others. All of my entries are related to me in some way. I'm adding our precious little pets and also some of my friends...
~I appreciate everyone who has left flowers for my loved ones. God bless you all and stay in touch...
...I love photos but PLEASE ASK ME FIRST BEFORE ADDING A PHOTO TO ANY OF MY MEMORIALS...THANK YOU....

 | RE: vivian carrier There was a picture posted of Vivian Carriers grave site and you had posted it with a note saying all the pictures you post would have been one of your kin. Anyway, thank-you for getting bake to me, I am planning to visit the grave this summer , it feels good to see his name and that the resting place is well kept up. | vivian carrier Hello, my dad had an employee for many years named Vivian Carrier. You have a picture of of his grave so that means you are related. He had always been very good to my brothers and I and after I moved away from home, and he no longer worked for my dad, I lost track of him. I am hoping his later years were good, can you tell me? I am getting ready to visit the grave. Kim stowinben@yahoo.comAdded by Kim on May 22, 2013 1:26 PM | | | martha taylor

 | RE: Sarah Jane West Hi Verna,
I just love the picture of the dog. My mom, who is Rosetta May Conner Hauck grand daughter has been looking for a mid sized dog to adopt since moving in with us. Everytime I see a dog, I think of her search. Thank you for keeping in touch. I am so happy to have found you. This genealogy adventure is so much fun. I have met a couple of wonderful relatives. I have been able to collect some pictures with the generosity of family members. The reason I asked about Sarah Jane West is because I ran across some notes that said Nathaniel and Unity West had a daughter Sarah. Just trying to make the connection. Let me know when you get your email up and running, I have a picture I would love to send to you. I can identify one of the men but no Idea who the other one is.
You have a wonderful day!
God Bless, Denise | | | Denise Albo
 | Sarah Jane West Hi!

 | RE: appreciation... We had a wonderful time in Spokane. We visited a couple of cemeteries and found all of my husbands deceased relatives. We found a couple who had passed in the late 1800's but the names were not familiar with him. I still took their pictures anyway. Later that day I was looking through one of his deceased Aunt's photo albums and there they were...the faces to match with the pictures of the grave markers of relatives my husband never had heard of.
Computers can sure be frustrating...can't they.
