Born in Montana in the mid 1940s, I was raised in Duluth, Minnesota, and live in Saint Paul, Minnesota. See the link to the Rhode Family Tree below. It has additional information on most of my memorials on Find A Grave.|
As Voltaire said, "the perfect is the enemy of the good." I believe it is better to post the information one has now, rather than wait for perfection. If you have corrections to the memorials I have posted, please let me know.

In this far land beneath the trees."

We try our best, the most difficult stones are the marble ones, they tend to glare in the sun and pick up photographers reflections. Sorry

According to Mrs. Henry Suhr's obit I have her buried in the Staplehurst cemetery. I will post it on her findagrave so you can see it.

In the recent transcription of Greenwood, Crosley and Sarah Parker are no longer listed. The local historian at the library still had an older transcript which gave their cemetery location as D/7. This means that their stone is no longer visible or is illegible. The early transcript also listed a Milley E. who died July 1889 aged 18 mos.I took a photo of the row where they are buried which I will post on their memorial with a location if that's ok.

Hello, I am not sure if he is a relative, but I have uploaded photos of the monument he is listed on. Also, that of his two sons killed during the civil war (Charles A. & Marcus E.). Charles A. is listed as a member of a North Carolina Regiment, and a Captain. Was he a Southern Sympathizer? Have a look when you get the chance. Thanks Jim
Thank You for the transfers of Earl and Mary Johnson.

Your welcome, I hope you find where they're buried.
I live in the area and searched what I could but had no luck.
