Lyle and Bessie Jackson are also listed in findagrave as being in Estherville Lutheran also.
Do you know why that would be?
|Marcia Lynne vonGunden||Transfer and a big thank you|
Thank you for your generosity in transferring:
Ada (E)stella Carter Marth # 39922283
to my care. I have now successfully connected her with her parents and 5 of 8 siblings. As I receive more information, I will add it to Our shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
I've made the corrections, thanks!

I think the Father LINK on his memorial is incorrect. Will Morgan Pumphrey is Morgan's uncle. Will and his family moved to Texas before 1884 (before Morgan was 10).
The bio section of the memorial lists Morgan's father as Luther Levin Pumphrey. (34663947) I think that is correct. I will submit an edit to that effect.

|Kathie L. Webb Blair||Sarah Ellen (Bonney) Hall|
Do you recall when we were in contact regarding Sarah Ellen and Benjamin Franklin Hall as he had married my great grandmother, Nellie (Burkhart) Royce, Baker, for companionship in the 1930's? I had reason to do much reading and research about Oregon Emigrants of 1845 - 1850. Guess what? Sarah's parents emigrated to California in 1845 with 19 other members of the Booney extended family. There were 21 persons in the original Booney party and they went to California, taking the California cutoff and ending their journey at Sutter's Mill. However, Sarah's parents as well as Jarius and Truman Augustus Booney left and went North to Oregon, settling in the Willamette Valley; they are buried at Belle Passi Cemetery in Woodburn, OR. I found this information thru "Emigrants to Oregon in 1845" by Stephanie Flora, a wonderful body of work listing emigrants for 1845 thru 1855. It's a great web site; I know you'll enjoy it. Take care and happy reading.
With All Sincerity, Kathie L. Webb Blair, Portland, OR
