|I have researched family genealogy for more than 40 years. |
I think that findagrave is a wonderful resource, and most of its contributors are considerate of each other.

I did so more work trying to bring this saga to rest. Since I didn't have too many specifics what I pieced together was a 1860 Census,6/19/1860, with Mary Caldwell, 15, living as a Domestic with JS and Nancy Stone, in Washington Twp, Webster, Missouri. I also found a marriage to William Kingston, on 29 Aug 1860, in Webster Co, MO. Either they divorced or William expired prior to Jan 1866. (I have a print of Robt and Mary's marriage, in Polk Co MO marriage B-189). Don't know if this is exactly correct, but I think it is close enough to suit me. So Mary Ellen (Caldwell) Kingston satisfies both arguments.

You're more than welcome. And feel free to use my photos any way you like. :)

I received that surname information from a descendant of Robt B Coy many years ago. It is interesting that the vital dates seem to be the same for the woman. The mother's name of Robt B Coy seems strong evidence that the surname Kingston is erroneous. I have a friend that is a genealogy bug and lives in Polk County, Mo., so I've written her to see if there is anything she might dig up. Let you know later what she might find.

Thanks for the OBIT. 75435849 James Johns. Do you have any evidence or record of Great Great Grandchildren? Before I post this I would like to note a correction but I wanted to make sure that I was not missing anything. Thank, John

31855130 - Lillian Beckstead - The picture you uploaded is actually her sister Sabre Jane Beckstead. I uploaded a picture with all of the Beckstead sisters. Please correct that. Thanks, Bryan Hatch
Tony, I would be happy to transfer Howard and James Cooksey to you. Please let me know. Thanks

|firstname.lastname@example.org||Dykes Cemetery, Marianna, Jackson County, Florida Duplicates|
Unsure how the duplicates came into being since at the time I posted the cemetery in 2007 there wasn't a posting for the Dykes Cemetery under that spelling or name that I could find. If the cemetery was listed under a different spelling or name and Find-A-Grave is merging cemeteries that would explain the Duplicates showing in the same cemetery now, especially since I didn't post my photos to your memorials and they are now attached to both memorials. I'll be more than happy to remove my memorials if Find-A-Grave doesn't remove them during the merge process but would prefer to allow them time to complete the merge prior to deleting any duplicates. I'd hate for any of our data that has been added to either memorial to be lost.
I work in retail and we are in the throws of Back to School/College right now and have little time or energy to check my e-mail daily less lone work on any thing else on the internet. Please give Find-A-Grave a little time and if they haven't removed the duplicates recontact me and I'll remove them myself when things settle down at work a little bit - in about 30 days or so. Thank your for your understanding and patience. - K. Garland
