Linda, thank you for your insight.Yes, I know that Jessie was Emily's sister and Mary Jane was her mother. I am writing snail mail to Mt Hope, since it is impossible to get them by phone or email.I am going to see if they atleast have a record of who purchased all the burial sites and maps for the grave locations for Jessie and Mary Jane, so I will have a death date and get their death certificates.I have their birth dates.

Linda,Thank you so much for the photo of Emily's grave and all the info you provided on the other family members.I am left to wonder why such a wealthy family all lie in unmarked graves.
|Janet Mercurio||Delwyn Maley|
Dear Linda - Thank you so very much for taking this photo of the area where Delwyn is buried. I didn't even know of his existence until after my mother had died - my mother was his cousin who was born the same year as she. She was best friends with Delwyn's 2 brothers and grew up together with them. So Delwyn is an important member of our family. I was so happy when I found that photo of him that I posted on his memorial and very happy, too, when another Find A Grave member found and sent me a copy of his obit which I also posted on his memorial. That, of course, led me to his cemetery. Now his Find A Grave memorial is complete, with your lovely picture of where he is buried. It looks as if it is in an area with other graves of children. How sad when a child dies. Delwyn's mother's sister (my grandmother) also lost her firstborn child at a very young age.
Thank you again for your kindness to do this.

Could you please transfer these memorials to me? This is my great aunt and uncle. My maternal grandmother, Virginia, is just below her in the posted photograph. Nadine's husband, Sid Smith, is also there next to them. Thank you so much.

Hi, I had this request claimed and was ready to post it. Mon. morning - but the site was down. I've been checking periodically, but the site was down continuously between Mon. morning and this morning. And wouldn't you know it my claim expired Tue. and you claimed it. If you haven't already gotten the photo, and you are OK with it, can we trade? I have another claim that I haven't gotten a photo for yet. Thank you for your contributions,
Thank you for fulfilling my photo request for Civil War veteran William Bowen taken at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery. Kent Kooi and I have been researching the men of the 4th Iowa Cavalry for over three years, and in addition to updating their memorials, we are preparing a presentation to donate to several Iowa county historical societies. We would like to ask permission to use your headstone photo of William Bowen on his page in our presentation. We would credit the photo as "Courtesy of Linda." Please let me know, and thank you again for fulfilling the photo request.

Thank you so very much for taking the picture of my grand aunt's headstone.
I am also a Find A Grave volunteer. What a treat, isn't it?
