My name is Michelle Renee "Shelley" (Latey) Broyles. I am the mother of three children: Jonathan, 22, a Marine; Mikaila, 19, a student at BYU; and Tessa, 17, an exchange student in Germany. And grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters. Right now I am a full-time student; pursuing a major in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Science. I have been researching my family for 18+ years and put as much time as I can into the hobby. My husband, Dan, jokes that my idea of a good vacation is being in a cemetery, which isn't far from the truth. Everywhere I travel I try to stop and take pictures of cemeteries in hopes that someone will be helped in finding family members. I am a full-time student, so my time is very limited. I get a lot of requests. Please be as patient as you can. I promise I will get to them. I am not hard-nosed as some contributors are and will be happy to transfer memorials if they are in your family lines. Also, when communicating remember that "you get more with honey than with vinegar." Thank you everyone!
OH, one more thing, I have the sexton records for the Olathe Cemetery up to, I believe, 2006. I have yet to get them all up. I have taken all the photographs of tombstones if there is one. I am still working on getting all of those up. Let me know if you are wondering about someone and I will look them up for you.

DEATH: BRIGHAM CITY, UT/JOSEPH CITY, AZ - Funeral services for Vera Wilkinson, 91,
who died on Thursday, 27 February 2003, in Winslow, AZ, where held March 4 at
the Joseph City Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Burial was in the Joseph City Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilkinson was born 22 February 1912, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and lived
most of her early life in Brigham City, Utah. She attended elementary school
and high school there, and received her teaching certificate from Weber State
College in Ogden, Utah.
She taught elementary education at Grouse Creek, Thatcher, Corinne, and
Brigham City's Central School for several years before serving a mission for
the LDS Church in Palmyra, N.Y.
She married Gerald Wilkinson of Joseph City upon returning from her mission,
and lived in Joseph City for the rest of her life.
She was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,
where she served as the ward librarian, and she housed the LDS bookstore in
her home.
She always enjoyed gardening, being with her family, and caring for her
grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed serving her friends
and neighbors.
Survivors include two daughters, Wilma Smith of DeSoto, Texas, and Judi
Standiford of Joseph City; two brothers, J.E. Facer of Salt Lake City and Paul
Facer of Roy, Utah; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Owens Mortuary of Holbrook was in charge of the arrangements.

I found interesting information on Dr. and Mrs Clifford P. Elder that I would like to add to their memorials. Request either a transfer or I can forward the information to you to add. Clifford's memorial is # 22685982 and his wife's memorial is # 22686006. I'm sure the memorial marked "Sign Elder" is Mrs. Elder's memorial, as she died in 1932, but don't know what the word "Sign" signifies. Thank you.

Shelley, can you edit and change the RLDS Memorial Cemetery name to read Abel Galland Mmorial Cemetery/aka RLDS. Since we (WIPCA) built the cemetery and had the signage as Abel Galland Memorial Cemetery, we feel that is how it should be listed. Make sense?
