I was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., and grew up just east of there in the small town of Murrysville. Through Army, college, and company transfers, I've retired to East Texas.
I was married to Janet Marie (Vogel) Hartley ,and have three children, Tim, Todd & Kari.
My genealogy interests are (Paternal): Hartley, Headlee(ey), Gass (my stone wall), Fordyce, Lemley, Shriver, Barrickman, Jones, Cunningham and Prickett. (Maternal): Green, Knox, Jackson, Scott (England), Heacox, Barton and Hawley.
I'm willing to take photos for anyone in and around the Tyler, Texas area. I would like to thank those that have taken photos for me. I've "met" some great friends that way.

Hi Olin,
I have transferred Alberta over to you, and there are 3 other Langs there that I can transfer if you want. They are not in my family. Hello Olin,
Great job Olin but you dont have to prove nothing to me, I get over 50 request per day and I Add any Data or links and copy and paste any other info and always within 24 hours.
So memorials can be updated and i do so unlike some..
When memorials are transfered that is it, You can not transfer again, and when memorials are transfered, you can not delete and start your own memorial..

No problem and I see your point but in a way I always beleived that the Memorials we create do belong with real family. I kinda look at it like I am just a temporary caretaker untill family finds it some day..
If i transfered to just anyone than a son or grandson comes along they are short changed since memorials can only be transfered one time..
Anyhow we all are helping other folks and it all turns out fine..
I do have alot of Kennedy kin from thise parts also..

Hello Olin,
I have transfered Samuel Holts memorial to you but you may want to check the findagrave guidelines on transfers because a 2nd cousin 3 times removed is not even close to the guidelines..
I have had folks Not transfering real family to me in the past , grandpas, and Aunts and Uncles and a brother..They just would not Transfer..
I am always willing to transfer and not be like those who done me wrong in the past but I do sorta have to stick close to the guidelines as I get people wanting 10 or 20 at a time just because there family has that surname..
