Four years ago when I discovered Find a Grave I found this website to be invaluable in my family research. I then began photographing graves of my relatives. Now I photograph graves of people that I don't know hoping that I can help someone else find their relatives. I love to visit old cemeteries. Each weekend I try to visit three or four cemeteries.|
I know that I manage a large number of memorials but I am not "in it for the numbers."
I don't have time to research every person that I enter. I hope that the memorials are a starting point for someone researching their family.
I transfer memorials that are not related to me. Please follow the guidelines and state your relationship.
Please use the edit tab for requests. This does prevent accidents.
Also, when requesting transfers or information remember to ask nicely. Questioning someone's faith is no way to get help.
Advice for new members: Don't let negative comments discourage you. I received and still receive them but when you receive and email from someone who has found a relative with your help it is all worthwhile.
My families are Pillow, Jordan, Yates, Cash, Campbell and Mays.
Feel free to use my pictures. That's why I post them here.

I have no idea how we missed it - two of us walked the whole thing. Thank you for letting me know - I will talk to the office again and try to find out where. If they still say they don't know, I'll walk it again. This is the cemetery near the airport, right?

OMG Joan, where did you find her headstone??? Is it in Floral Hills? I walked that entire cemetery looking for her AND the office says they have no record of her being buried there.

As you may have noticed, I am working on ancestry.com and putting my family links together. Thank you for being so prompt in approving them. You rock!

Thanks for letting me know of the corrections, based on the marker photos. If you are interested in maintaining any of the last 3 you sent, I'm glad to, as I'm not related to them. Thanks
