Mom's dear friend, Cari (#47537973) and family need prayers. Please pray for God to wrap His comforting, healing arms around them and give them strength to face each coming day. If you can take the time please let Miss Cari know she is loved by many of us here on find-a-grave.
If you have a moment, please visit my son Travis. My love for him is a deep pain that will never go away, until I see him again in Heaven. Many thanks to all who visit his memorial. It warms my heart.

THANK YOU to all who have left tokens and messages for members of my beloved family. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Blessings to all.
Hi, I'm a retired educator. Genealogy is in my blood. My mom, her mom and so on have recorded family information for years. I have those records and more for many surnames. Check out my virtual cemeteries. We may be related.
Find A Grave has helped me locate burials of ancestors who were lost. I'm very appreciative of the people who have posted memorials for those cherished souls.

RE: Silbermann
Mary, thank you so much! I thought I was the only family that knew about the Silbermann children who died in Kansas. Our family records did not include any information about them. I did find their gravestones in the Eurdora Cemetery.

Sarah Ann Caraway
Hi Mary,

I just found your memorial for Sarah Ann Caraway and the reference to your source materials. Sarah Ann's sister Lucinda Frances Caraway who married Daniel Tuckwiller Wilson was my great great grandmother.

I have a couple of questions: First, your memorial refers to 11 Caraway children. I know of 10 -- the 8 (now including Lucinda) listed in Find a Grave plus Caroline and Joseph. Can you tell me who was the 11th?

Also, do you have more information on Thomas Caraway and Sarah Livesay? There is information about them in various family trees on, but I do not trust it as it does not fit well with Census records for their children.

I would greatly appreciate any information you can provide as I attempt to trace my ancestry.

Thank you.

I see that you sent me edits for (Katharina) Frieda Silberman and husband John Silbermann. Do you have any more information on this family? This is my paternal grandmother's family. I found 3 of their childred buried here in Eudora, Kansas.

RE: Nora E Connell
Mary Thanks for the quick reply. She was one of my Father's sisters. I live in NC so I haven't been able to visit the cemetery. She's part of the mystery I've been trying to solve for close to twenty years. There were four of them that never reached being five years old. Both parents died in their early forty's. Name has been the problem. Iterations have been Connell, Connor and O'Connell. The Powers has even been worse but I don't want to bore you with my never ending story. Do you mind if I change some of the record ? She was born and brought up in Charlestown. Thank you for thoughtfulness.
