I saw where you posted a pic of the old church and your comment of the graveyard needing some love and care. It is terriable. My grandparents are buried there and I have a headstone there next to my grandparents. But i am ashamed to tell people where it is. I fully expect to get no help cleaning it. But what i am trying to avoid and my question is. If i go in there cutting trees and landscaping. Can i get into some ind of trouble? Now a days a person cant be to sure. Because Sue from New York might not care about her loved ones buried there,sure as i cut a tree she be down here with a team of lawyers wanting to put me in jail. Mary Calista died Jackson ALA PAINT ROCK near Garth.
Mary Calista moved back to Alabama and lived with her brother John Mark after her husband R.J. died in Texas.John Mark lived next to Latham Cemetery.
Also what Davis in Georgia are you researching ?
Mary Calista grandparents were Mary Davis who married Henry G Ezell. They died in Georgia.

I went out to the Westbrook Family Cemetery in Franklin County, GA today I could not find a marker for Thomas Westbrook, but I thought you might like a couple photos of the cemetery. I beleive he is in a unmarked grave. The graves there do have some readable markers. If I can help take a photo in this area, email me or leave a message for me on my page.
