*Don't forget about Dolly*
There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. So, love the people who treat you right. Think good thoughts for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of LIFE... Getting back up is LIVING...
We live as long as we are remembered;
Those who have passed from this world,
die only when we whom they loved forget them...
"Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many."
Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night!
Family surnames that I am researching are:
Fathers side (PATERNAL);
Mothers side (MATERNAL);
Mother Mary, respect, honor, and cherish...

|Angie Hertzberg Martin||Brown Family|
I have generated a memorial for William Corwyn Brown. I had sent you edits requesting that he be added as the father of his family, using the edit tab and inserting the memorial number as per Find A Grave guidelines. I created his memorial with no specific cemetery since we cannot be sure where he is buried. He is my 3rd Gr Grandfather, so I do have an interest, too :) His granddaughter Lucy was my great grandmother. Lucy's daughter Mildred was my grandmother.
Thanks so much!
|Pioneers' Cemetery Association, Inc.||RE: Baby/Infant Justus|
The Maricopa County Cemeteries (any of the three) are for indigent burials--i.e. those people without families or whose families could not afford to buy a plot in a 'regular' cemetery, as was often the case for young couples with stillborn children. This is where tuberculosis patients, jail inmates, the homeless and residents of the County Farm were buried.
As far as I know, it was not possible to buy a family plot there. Graves are arranged in the order in which the people died, starting at one end of the cemetery and working forward until the cemetery was filled.
During the Great Depression, many formerly middle-class people fell upon hard times and some wound up being buried in county cemeteries.
