I served in the Army and Army Reserve for over 25 years with more than 15 years in the public affairs arena. |
My experience runs the gamut from working at the U.S. Army Field Station at Camp Humphreys, Korea to running the day-to-day operations of the Press Camp Headquarters at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
Various positions have included work as a newspaper editor, educational publications, community and media relations, as well as marketing.
For the past three years I have been dedicating time to findagrave.com primarily adding records for my extended family, friends and veterans' and local cemeteries.
Additionally, in late 2012 I completed my application and was accepted into the Daughters of 1812, my first lineage society.

Thanks so much for the transfer of the Aja memorials! I'm not related but am researching the family for my daughter's friend. Your kindness is much appreciated though.

I'm sorry I didn't see your message until I got back. I left the Cemetery early. My wife called me and her Dad is being sent home with Hospice Care. I don't know if I told you earlier but he has leukemia. We're leaving in a few minutes to go to New Orleans. Will get the pictures when I get back. When it rains it pours. My Uncle died just be Thanksgiving now her Dad might be gone around Christmas. I'm can't wait for this year to be over.
Thanks for thanking me, but it's the other way around! I thank you for transferring Roy's grave to me!! It means a lot to me. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the transfer of Charles and his wife.
I am currently working on the Magers line, my fathers sister married a Magers.
Their son Scott Magers was a Brigadier General in the JAG corp when he retired about 10 years ago.
His last station was at the Pentagon. he once told me that where the plane hit was about where his office was but he was not on duty that day.
Again thanks for the transfer.

Thank you so much for your time and effort in getting these photographs on line. Was missing a photo of my Aunt Barbara's headstone and asked a friend who was in Raleigh for a few days to try to go by the cemetery to take one. When I looked on line to get the address of the cemetery for him, there was the picture already! Internet is great, thanks again.
Hey Mary Ann! Thanks for the transfers from the Raleigh Memorial Park. They're part of my mother-in-law's family. I'll be sure to keep them up! - Andy
