My granddaughter at the grave of her 2nd cousin whom she was named after.|
It is my wish that I have entered someone you are looking for. If I have entered any one related to you and they are not related to me - I will be happy to transfer. My goal is not to see how many memorial I can create, but to help you find your love ones . I don't mean to offend anybody, the memorials are made so love ones can find their relatives. If I have entered anything incorrectly, I will be glad to correct.
Any and all information or pictures, I have uploaded, are meant for sharing. Family memories were meant to be passed on. I just don't understand anyone that thinks different. I think if you don't want to share, than don't put them on a public site.
Today we walked where others walked
On a lonely, windswept hill;
Today we talked where other cried
For Loved Ones whose lives are stilled.
Today our hearts were touched
By graves of tiny babies;
Snatched from the arms of loving kin,
In the heartbreak of the ages.
Today we saw where the grandparents lay
In the last sleep of their time;
Lying under the trees and clouds -
Their beds kissed by the sun and wind.
Today we wondered about an unmarked spot;
Who lies beneath this hollowed ground?
Was it a babe, child, young or old?
No indication could be found.
Today we saw where Mom and Dad lay.
We had been here once before
On a day we'd all like to forget,
But will remember forever more.
Today we recorded for kith and kin
The graves of ancestors past;
To be preserved for generations hence,
A record we hope will last.
Cherish it, my friend; preserve it, my friend,
For stones sometimes crumble to dust
And generations of folks yet to come
Will be grateful for your trust.

|Mitzie Beavert||Delzo Brandon|
Delzo Brandon also had a daughter named Lola Veda Gholston. She was my grandmother. Delzo was my great grandfather. For some reason she is not listed on his page but all of her siblings, my great aunts and uncles, are listed.

Thank you for the website and the only kind of record I have ever found on my deceased Grandmother. Do you know of any pictures of her in existence or whete I might be able to locate any. I never knew any of the members of that family except for seeing a couple of them a couple of times.
|Robbie Talley||Nancy Ragsdale|
I am great neice to Nancy Ragsdale and granddaughter to Jame W. Ragsdale. Do you have copies of their birth and death certificates?
|Larry Kriv||RE: Owen Dresden Jones|
Thank you, Mary, for the e-mail and the picture of the marker. One day, I will be back up that way (have to get back to Palo Duro). My wife and I are very happy. Please thank the cemetery association for us.

Mary, Hi! I don't know if I saw this and replied at some time or I missed it entirely. Please forgive me for the late reply. When we went through Memphis back in 2006, we stopped at a funeral home (I can't remember if it was the one that handled his service or not). Long story short, there is no information on where he might be buried. I can only assume that no one put up a marker. It might have been financially restrictive, as it was during the Depression.
My personal e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org, if you want to get hold of me!
THanks for the inquiry.

Thank you for your generous help with Bill C. McDonald. I have transferred information to your memorial and deleted mine. I don't seem to be able to get the spouses listed correctly under the family edit. Thanks again, Jo Roberts 47188400
