Bio and Links
I am a retired 78 year old systems analyst. 25 years ago I undertook a family history project to identify the descendants of my paternal 3rd great-grandparents, James McMonigle & Osse Jacobs through five children. I have also been identifying the descendants of my paternal grandmother's family line - the Descendants of George Mowrer & Catherine Ruby of Harrison County, Indiana. Peggy Byerly of Corydon, Indiana has also been involved in both of these projects. Peggy has taken hundreds of grave markers photos in the area of Harrison County, Indiana and has researched data and found obituaries posted on the Find-A-Grave web site for these two family lines.
I maintain two family history web sites on my McMonigle and Mowrer projects. If you are interested in viewing these sites, send me an email and I will send you the links. I am particularly interested in hearing from any related people or researchers who are related to any of the family lines.

NOTE - MOST OF THE MEMORIALS I CREATE ARE RELATED IN MY MAINTAINED EXTENDED FAMILY HISTORY AND I LINK THE MEMORIALS WHERE POSSIBLE. I REQUEST GRAVE PHOTOS WHEN NEEDED. I ALSO ADD OBITUARIES, PERSONAL PHOTOS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS AND IMAGES. I DISCOVER FROM TIME TO TIME WHERE SOMEONE HAS CREATED A BRIEF MEMORIAL FOR SOMEONE IN MY MAINTAINED FAMILY HISTORY. MANY OF THESE EXISTING MEMORIALS HAVE BEEN CREATED BY UNRELATED PEOPLE FROM CEMETERY DATA, CEMETERY VISITS, OBITUARIES, ETC. I MAY REQUEST A TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP FOR FURTHER UPDATING, LINKING TO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, CONSIDERABLE EDITING, ETC. I ALSO GRANT THE SAME COURTESY TO OTHERS WHO MAY BE MORE CLOSELY RELATED TO DECEASED MEMORIALIZED ON THE FIND-A-GRAVE WEB SITE.

RE: CORTEZ TINDALL
You are most welcome. His tombstone was completely buried under grass and had to be cleared. We were completely shocked to see that he was a military veteran and now he will be forever recognized online or in the Mt Olivet Cemetery

I am so glad to hear my and my husband(Dan)efforts with a labor of love helped bring peace to you.

I hope someone someday will be able to do the same for me and or my husband.

RE: DONALD B. LETERLE
FYI

I also took a photo of Herbert Leterle's stone . . .it was one plot to the east of Donald's. I haven't taken the time to create a memorial for him. Do you have an interest in that photo? I'd be happy to create a memorial and post the photo if you don't have a connection.

RE: BOONE PHOTOS
I also found the marble vault for Rickey on the west wall of the same room at the Belcrest Mausoleum and posted a photo for him. I was pleased to find all three together at last and you can include that new information on their pages. Dona

RE: CORTEZ TINDALL
David,

You are most welcome. You might want to contact Mt. Olivet Cemetery. I discovered he was a veteran. There was no flag present for him

His stone was buried beneath a large amount of grass and had to be dugout and cleared. This is probably why he did not receive a flag since barely visible at the time I found it.

So glad to be of help
Carol

Eldred Marker Photos
Thanks for taking the time to take photos of the markers for Fred Roy, Margaret, and Lynndon Eldred. I appreciate it. There was no photo on the Find A Grave site for Infant Eldred at Prairieville Cemetery although the email stated a photo was added. Maybe it didn't take?

Again, thank you.
