I have been in this business for almost 14years and find myself learning something new on a daily basis. I originally researched only my family's roots however I soon found that my talents could assist others in their quest for knowledge. |
Any information on my memorials is either my own or taken from public historical documents. If you are on a memorial with a photo I took, then please ask me if you can use the photo. Thanks!
If you would like assistance with your genealogy or more information on any of the individuals in my database, then please e-mail me!
THANKS TO MY SPONSORS!!!

Oops! Sorry about this double post - fat fingers on the Enter key. :P LOL!!
I COMPLETELY agree that everyone deserves a photo of their final resting place; especially those w/out a stone.
To that end, I found young John's peg. :)
I updated the photos on his memorial.

Hi-I found where Harry Parker is buried in St Joseph's but the gravesite is unmarked. He is buried next to his wife, May Konkel Parker (1894-1968). I posted a picture on Harry's page with flowers indicating the location of his grave. I also took a photo of May's headstone so if you create a memorial for her let me know and I'll post it...Mary

You requested that I transfer Florence Becker's memorial to you. Please tell me how you are related to her. With warm regards, Rhonda
|Zelda||John Myszka, Holy Cross Cemetery, Detroit|
I'm attempting to get a photo for young John Myszka
at Holy Cross Cemetery in Detroit.
Presently, I'm unable to locate the numerical peg assigned to his grave (I understand I won't be able to find a stone); however, I'm in the general area. And it's that general area that I photographed.
I'm still going to try and find that peg, but Holy Cross used a very narrow peg that tends to sink quite a bit, over time. From the photo, you can see there aren't too many grave stones visible, so it's a tad time consuming.
I just didn't want you to think no one was looking; I think unmarked graves deserve just as much attention as marked graves - they just need a little more time for photographing. :)
Just to let you know, I don't have great luck finding pegs at Holy Cross; usually just 50 % success ... but we may get lucky. :)
Hope to have better news, soon.

I'm glad I could help :)
I think I'm going to hang on to Craig Bodzianowski's memorial for a little while longer--at least until I find out where he's buried and get a picture of his tombstone. At that point, I'll probably cede it to you. As for your other virtual Sandburg class cemeteries, I can tell you that Randy Cerven should be in the class of '83 and not '84. He would have graduated with me had he lived long enough. You don't have Jeff Alm in a cemetery but I'm pretty sure he graduated with my brother in 1986 and not '85. Patricia Walsh (61280785) was in the class of '83. If you have an '83 yearbook, seniors Robert E. "Robby" Deery, Jr. (3/11/1965-9/22/2000), Maya Naumoff, and Jim Popowski are all deceased but I don't have exact dates on the last two. Popowski died in either late '83 or early '84 in a park parking lot on Christena Ave. in the Villa d'Este subdivision of Orland during the winter as he was sleeping in his car. Maybe that helps.

Hi-I positively identified where Ignatius is buried and the gravesite is unmarked. I posted a picture showing where it is with flowers. If you don't want that picture posted let me know and I'll remove it...Mary
|Ace||William Nicolai at Forest Home Cemetery|
Hi! I need the burial Section and Lot Numbers in order to take a photograph for you. This cemetery's staff does not help photo volunteers, and the burial location is not available anywhere else.
Last year I fulfilled over 450 photo requests at this cemetery after the burial location was provided.
