I also added Mary Jane Walker to Find-a-Grave, she was on the same marker as Ann.

Call the cemetery and double check the location. Patti is the lady who looked it up for me. Since the name is so common it is always best to check twice.
What she gave me was Section D, Lot 1158, Grave 3.

|John Hamilton||William Hamilton|
Hello, I am a descendant of William Hamilton. I read you have the information about his pension for Mary Magdelena Bittenger Hamilton. William Hamilton (Sr) and Mary had a son named William Hamilton (Jr). William Hamilton (Jr) had a son Enoch Hamilton. Enoch Hamilton had a son Farris Whitten Hamilton. Farris Whitten Hamilton had a son, Clarence Henry Hamilton. Clarence Henry Hamilton had my father Teddy Joe Hamilton. My name is John E. Hamilton. I would appreciate if you could share what info you have with me. I live near Electra, TX. Enoch, Farris Whitten,and Clarence Henry are all buried at Beaver Creek cemetery southwest of Electra, TX.
Thanks, John Hamilton

I re-read your explanation again and I see what you mean. It makes sense about the 1740 birth year. I'd love to read the Pension info and compare other info if you are interested thanks.

I've been trying to find more info on G. W. Price in Alto Springs Cemetery. I think he was born 1832 in Tennessee and died after 1900 census? Do you have more info on him?
