Welcome! I live in Michigan and Genealogy is an obsession. I typically do not fill photo requests, but I do make special exceptions. Lately I've been trying to fill some requests. Several of my memorials are my relatives. If there is someone who you'd like me to transfer, I am willing to if you're more closely related than I am. It is obvious which memorials are relatives, they are very thorough and detailed. You are welcome to use any photo that I have posted but please give credit where credit is due. I love reading/ holding hard copy documents from the past. I also love old family photos, whenever I can get my hands on an original family photo I take the opportunity! I also love, what I call, "Cemetery Hopping!" I have done a lot of it. Cemeteries are a peaceful way to connect with the deceased, and relatives who came before us, or we've lost. As I go to cemeteries I randomly choose some stones to photograph and add to the site. Please don't be greedy with your memorials! I hate it when people only add memorials to accumulate a large number and not to remember these people and honor them. Please follow F.A.G. rules and transfer if someone is related.
If you have questions about anything, please let me know!!
RE: Polly Reed Hi Jacob, No, I am not related. I just happened to be looking at Cumings/Cummings records in the Fairview Cemetery. (think I received an edit) I saw more children linked to Timothy than to his wife Catherine. Took me a bit but finally found Polly was linked wrong. Denise.
Rosemary Carter It has taken me since 2012 to notice the picture you added to this memorial. Thank you. I love to have pictures on a memorial page. I just added the obit in case you're interested. Betty
RE: Hannah Augusta Glassbrook-Reed Yes, I have a photo of Hannah and Hubert but I need your email to send it. Mine is email@example.com. I am related through my gr-grandmother Ruth Lillian Glassbrook who was Hannah's sister. Fannie and John were my gr-gr grandparents. Thanks, Melody
Hannah Augusta Glassbrook-Reed Jacob, May I please copy the grave stone photo that you have of my gr-aunt Hannah? This is my great grandmother's sister and her husband Herbert Nathan Reed. Thanks, Melody
RE: Liles This family is not directly related to me, though through marriage of a great aunt who is on the inlaw side of the family. Just updating information when someone sends in corrections. Thanks for the links.
