|Bio and Links|
I was born in 1981 in Lansing, MI, the 4th child of Donald and Vicki Passick (Zimmerman). I'm a freelance photographer and aspiring writer with many interests, including music, literature, education, politics, history, religion, science, meteorology and, of course, genealogy. I was raised in Charlotte, MI, and am living here once again, so if there's anything in Eaton County you need checked out, please feel free to leave me a message and I'll see what I can do.|
Also, if I've created a memorial of someone in your family and you would like me to transfer ownership to you, just let me know and I would be more than happy to do so!

|Candice Zimmerman, Roy||RE: Josiah Zimmerman|
Thank you, Katrina. I will be sure to add this to his bio, too.
|Candice Zimmerman, Roy||Step Son -|
Josiah Abraham (Cyrus Abram) Zimmerman was the youngest son of Daniel Zimmerman and Margaret Lindsay. He was born in Malahide, Elgin Co., Ontario, Canada, and moved with his mother, step-father, and siblings to Grand Ledge, MI sometime between 1873 and 1880. He married Catherine May Lyon on 29 Nov., 1888 in Dewitt, Clinton Co., MI. He is the father of Lewis Tunison Zimmerman (b.1889 d.1977) and brother to John Henry, Charles William (who married Catherine Lyon's sister, Elizabeth), Daniel Wesley, Maria Jane (Weeks), and Samuel Martin, and half brother to Margaret Cogswell.
If he was a step son - then what was his sirname?

Thanks for posting the photo of Clare Weeks. Most of the family photos were lost in a flood and I have never seen one of him so young.

Thank you, Katrina, for sending me the link to Roy Week's grandmother, Margaret Cogswell. I enjoyed reading the informatin you have posted on her site and learning of her roots. 'Find A Grave' is such a wonderful genealogical vehicle for chronicling our heritage.
I'm glad you enjoyed the photo of Roy Weeks. It is the only photo I have of him.

I wanted to thank you for the photographs of my Grandparents, Great Grandparents and Great, Great Grandparents tombstones. These are the photographs I wanted the most. My father's family lived in Michigan for generations, and, of course many are buried there. But, my father moved away from the state many decades ago. And, because I live so far away, I was afraid I'd never see the burial sites of my family. These photographs mean so much to me. I truly appreciate your time and help!
Again, many, many thanks.

I submitted a headstone photo of your great grandfather Josiah A. Zimmerman. I also took a few other Zimmermans that you may be related to.
