I am a major on-line gamer and part time graver. After telling my mom about some famous graves I had stumbled across and sending her pics I guess that was it. The time I have spent and will continue to spend my personal time researching and answering photo requests is a gift I give at no charge. The feeling I get when I've completed a mission has no words to describe. I have spent many years helping people with various issues in their life's using my first hand experiences and or training to make their life's better. I understand the importance and meaning it has for people who don't have the means to travel across the country or world to see the grave site of a friend or loved one. Some have taken hours to find but I never weather and will keep looking until I find the one I've committed to find.|

Hey James, Thanks for this information. Oddly I created this memorial as part of a bunch of random photos I took at Forest Lawn. I am also a graduate of ERHS class of Summer 1970. I added the link.

Thank you for creating and updating the memorial for Dick McUmber.
All the best,

Yes, I received your message and just read it a few minutes ago. Wow--what a great effort you have already put in to working with Chapel of the Pines!
Thank you for your reply. Your willingness to help is wonderful. To my knowledge, I only have one relative interred at Chapel of the Pines (but there are 60 photo requests for that location). I will send you the information on my relative at the email you gave me.

I noticed that you had been trying to help someone locate remains and/or get a picture of the final resting place of someone at Chapel of the Pines Crematory in Los Angeles, California. I guess it didn't work out? Did you ever meet with Mr. Chun?
I have a family member I think is interred at Chapel of the Pines and have been trying to get information from there to confirm it and to get his exact location to eventually get a photograph. I only recently became aware of the management problems at Chapel of the Pines. It's quite discouraging. It's also frustrating not being in California in person to be able to work on the problem. Do you have any information on the status of Chapel of the Pines that could be helpful?
Thank you for your consideration.

Thank you very much for taking photographs of the grave markers of John Frank Speck and his wife, Pearl Speck.
Just checked my grandmother's memorial and saw the pix of her gravestone. What a nice surprise! Thank you so much and for all that you do for the memorials.
