Love looking for family and all that goes with it. |
Feel free to email me with any questions.
I lost my great grandparents, my grandparents, my parents and my photos, my children, my spouses and all the other genealogical materials I had in a fire in 2006... Had all that stuff stored in a very expensive safe, but the safe didn't survive the infernal of over 3,000 degrees in one of those arson fires... I am grateful for what I had uploaded to ancestry and wish that the other 3,000 items had been uploaded...so I am very grateful for other's that share... Thanks so very much....
For the state of Oklahoma, they have another website with headstone photos. http://www.okcemeteries.net
Click on the county, then the cemetery and you can find all the headstone photos that are posted. Enjoy.
I am searching for all lines that link, no matter how distant the person or place... Thanks for any help along the way..
I don't need to own all my family memorials, but I do want to find my family.... I have over 100,000 family members, so all you volunteers and memorial providers, thanks in advance.... I only wish that if you are going to have a family member of mine, that you try to keep it updated...if I send you info... Thanks again for all the hard work you volunteers do for the rest of us...
I only take photos in the spring and early fall... but I know there are a ton of volunteers out here, so your requests will get done..
If you need a transfer, just ask...
Here is a deal I will make for you... I love sharing and will share just about anything (husband says too much sharing) but I do love sharing. Enjoy anything you find and you can copy it and I need no credit.
I find missing loved ones all the time that I never got a chance to meet... I am so grateful for family and strangers that I have met that are willing to share their information. What a joy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart...
Any Memorial transferred to me from my cousin Cynthia Osborn will not be transferred as I manage all her memorials for her....Thank you.

here is the link, that is probably needed.
|Michael Hill||Eugene R. Thomas|
I cannot find any record of death for Eugene R. Thomas my relative. I see the picture you have posted shows his birth date with no death date. Has that changed on the tombstone? Is there now a death date engraved into it?

You're welcome, it's an interesting pastime which provides a service to others. Agree with your profile image message regarding use of shaving cream or chalk on grave stones. Plastic scouring pads will render most encrusted stones legible, without the garish look.

do you know his military history? i'm his great granddaughter, i see his draft sign up card but have been unable to locate anything else. i was 4 when he died, and i remember being at what i thought was a park and there was a flag draped box we were all looking at. i know you don't get the flag draped box unless you are a veteran, any info you have would be helpful in filling out the family tree. :) thanks!
|Michael Towers||Julia Van Clef (Ryan) Chase|
Do you know anything about her? All my ancestry.com researches lead me to John and Hannah Ryan as her parents. But I may have misunderstood a connection since her death certificate mentions an Ann Houston as her mother.

You are welcome. When I initially arrived at the cemetery, there was a beautiful double rainbow. I took a picture and posted it on the cemetery main page.

You're welcome...I'm happy you like how I take my photo's...I try to make sure the inscription is readable not just a photo of a marker.
