<------ Meeka (a rescue that has changed my life)|
Born in Trenton, Nova Scotia, Canada, raised in Los Angeles since age 5. I concentrate my efforts at Westwood Memorial Park, Forest Lawn Glendale, Hollywood Forever & Los Angeles National.
I produce a high volume of memorials and photos with a good chance I have made some errors along the way. I ALWAYS welcome corrections!
***When I take a photo for a request, I take the time to trim and clean the headstone. I average 700 random photos each time I go and do my best to make sure the headstone is readable. I do not clean and trim each one. I personally like the natural (as it stands) look rather than doing what should be done by the cemetery.
If anyone wants to use ANY photo I have posted to their family tree can do so without further permission. Anyone who feels the need to charge for photos that offer a family a small piece of their (key word their) family history needs to rethink their values. No disrespect meant. I offer my photos to anyone else for publication for free with proper photo credit.

|vitularia||RE: Correction for Frances Adelaide Cole|
Since I wrote, I've discovered the Los Angeles death certificates online at FamilySearch! Here's a link to the death certificate for Francis C. Cole, husband of Senora Cole.
"California, County Birth and Death Records, 1800-1994," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1961-29341-11023-92?cc=2001287 : accessed 20 November 2015), Los Angeles, Los Angeles > Death certificates 1920 no 6000-8550 > image 623 of 2713; county courthouses, California.
Hope that helps and thanks for making the correction!
|vitularia||Correction for Frances Adelaide Cole|
Hi! I came to the memorial for "Frances Adelaide Cole" from Ancestry.com and I have a quick correction for you. I believe Frances died on 8 Jun 1931, but I don't think this is her marker.
Cenora Cole appears in the 1930 Los Angeles census as a widow (Year: 1930; Census Place: Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California; Roll: 150; Page: 16B; Enumeration District: 0480; Image: 620.0; FHL microfilm: 2339885) and that would mean that her husband Francis died before that date and I think it's likely that he's the one who is buried with her.
Unfortunately, I don't know when Francis Cole died but based on his name in the 1910 census (Francis C. Cole) and his age in that year (58) I think it's likely that he's the Frances C. Cole who died on 3 Oct 1920 in Los Angeles at the age of 68. (California Death Index, 1905-1939," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QK91-D4RB : accessed 18 November 2015), Francis C Cole, 03 Oct 1920; citing 38459, Department of Health Services, Vital Statistics Department, Sacramento).
