Hi Dee!
I was thrilled to see that you found the grave of my daughter Vienna's great grandmother Mattie Jimmy Boswell Lewellyn.
Vienna's Father was born in Wichita Falls Texas where Mattie was buried. Vienna has always been told that she is American Indian on her father's side and we have been looking for several years now on making that connection.
We would love to see a photo of the front and back of the tombstone if you have one. We are also looking for information on Vienna's Great Grandfather and I believe his name was Joseph Leander Boswell.
Also any information you can find on her child Mildred Olean Boswell Helms. We believe her husband was Nolie Helms.
Thank you in advance for your time and I so look forward to hearing from you soon. It's nice finally finding out where you come from.

Mr. Shappell, Would you happen to know anything about this William Gibson, such as who his parents were? Do you know anybody who would know? I beleive him to be the half brother to my great grand father Elbert Taylor. Their mother was Sarah A Watson first married to George Taylor, second to Henry Gibson. I would like to know more about the cemetery. Is the cemetery completely overgrown, or just covered with many layers of debris from nearby trees?
